Board of Directors

SOLV�s Board of Directors as a whole has the responsibility for governing the entire organization. The Board is responsible for determining organizational policy in the following areas: Planning, Finance, Development, Community Relations, Operations and Human Resources. Members agree to a minimum three-year commitment to SOLV.
