Volunteer opportunities are broken into 7 regions: Coast, Central, Northeast, Portland Metro, Southern, Southeast, and Valley and one Statewide section that includes opportunities that anyone around the state can participate in. Who can sign up?
Anyone with an e-mail address can sign up for e-Updates, and can choose the best format for their e-mail server, text or html (includes pictures). At any time you can switch your delivery type, or discontinue service.
